I'll dominate 'legitimate boxer' Paul - Anthony Joshua
The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" the American as the two fighters met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time unified heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a composed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, at the same time, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's greatest commercial attractions, frequently receiving substantial paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and stated he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently under discussion for 2026.
