Instructions
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Put all the items inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, stirring to dissolve. Then, take off the burner allowing it to cool down fully. Decant to a clean bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it will last for up to four weeks.
For the Cocktail Base: Combine all the spirits and syrup into one big jug, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it best through cheesecloth, making it perfectly clear.
To serve: Measure 85ml of the premix to a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and stir carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Pour into a frosted cocktail glass or similar, decorate with a few cranberries and complete it by giving it a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
