Separately, a robust trade exists on Telegram, where groups with thousands of members share “before and after” images, injection guides and assertions of rapid British shipping. Vendors promote the substance there before directing customers to other platforms for transactions.

This medication is an experimental injection developed by US drugmaker Eli Lilly. The drug targets three gut hormones – glucagon-like peptide-1, GIP and glucagon. Preliminary studies suggest it could assist individuals reduce up to 25% of their body weight. Nicknamed the “triple G”, the drug is being promoted online as the successor to Ozempic.
